Our TA 220 is the lightest hand tool in it´s class. High strength weld joints performed on 12 ¿ 16mm PP and PET straps at tension levels up to 2.200N For larger strap sizes we offer the TA 400 with a tension level of up to 4.000N. Both tools have a multi strap alignment system, which allows the use of several strap widths without changing or adding guides. Which increases flexibility and abolishes change over time. The TITAN Li-PO Batteries will perform up to 340 cycles per charge. The maximum charging time of 30 min., when completely discharged, plus a life cycle of 2.000 charges without memory effect ensure long and economical TA-series performance. A LED Display confirms actual battery charge The self-explanatory integrated touch panel allows all settings to be changed by the stroke of a key. With the TA Series TITAN have again succeeded in offering their customers a hand tool that sets standards in handling, reliability and economical performance. |

Again the high number of visitors pointed out the position of TITAN in the market. Our new 300 kg Jumbocoil for PET strap, together with the new T-400 plastic strapping aggregate, were only few examples for the new technology regarding fully automatic applications. The T-400 aggregate as our top highlight on systems was presented in operation with a 25 x 1 mm high tensile PET strap. Parallel to this the VK 10 aggregate was presented with a PET strap of 18,5 x 1,27 mm. TITAN hereby was in a position to present on an impressive way the sealing technology on friction or heat seal joint. As another novelty of TITAN, the new hand tool series TA-220 and TA-400 for PP and PET strap was presented. These unique new strapping hand tools are the lightest tools of this kind for those applications. Regarding the latest technology on batteries it is a milestone in the strapping technology. Especially the high tensioning force of the tools impressed every visitor of the show.
