High power in a compact powerhouse: robustly built with as few wear parts as possible, extremely low-maintenance and lightning-fast with extra-short cycles. The TITAN K8000 plastic strapping unit can strap everything from furniture packages to 24-tonne steel coils – anything that isn’t up a tree.
It operates with a tension force of up to 8,000 N for thick PP/PET straps with a width of up to 19 mm, which it welds securely using its self-cleaning heater blade. We have designed the innovative structure so that all components can be replaced quickly in just a few simple steps. A clear advantage for maintenance and repairs. And the clutch-free sealer reduces maintenance requirements to an absolute minimum. Mountaineers admire the K2; TITAN is admired for the K8000. And rightly so.
