We’ve really ramped up the tension force here: the TITAN T300 plastic strapping unit applies up to 8,000 N to your PET straps, which can have a width of up to 19 mm. A force that the ultra-fast friction-welding joint easily withstands. And one that you can adjust precisely. 

This is ensured by the innovative TITAN TrueTension function, which ensures your strapping machine always achieves the specified tension value precisely – regardless of the package’s expansion. TrueTension monitors whether the specified values are reached and makes the data available for further evaluation in the PLC. 

Thanks to the T300’s smart modular design, you can, for example, remove and reinsert the entire sealer in just a few simple steps. For maintenance and repairs with absolutely minimal downtime. Or for quick, straightforward adaptation to changing packages with smaller or larger contact surfaces.
