What is our promise behind the VS12-L-HD steel strip unit? High performance for medium to heavy-duty applications, reliable even under the harshest conditions.
To this end, we have designed the VS12-L-HD specifically for the requirements of 19 mm steel straps in various thicknesses and incorporated advanced TITANARG® welding technology. Instead of using seals, the strapping head applies two welding spots using the TIG process for maximum closure reliability. Argon gas shielded welding offers maximum safety, and the contactless sealing process keeps operating costs low. With a tension force of up to 10,000 N, the VS12-L-HD is ideal for use on slit steel coils, in steel service centres, and for pipes, profiles or construction materials.
