Here, the strap becomes a lifting device: with the TITAN DCR, you meet all the strict certification requirements for the lifting and lashing of goods during transport by sea.
Its special double-crimping is designed to squeeze the material of the seal without damaging its cross-section. The pneumatic drive ensures quick, easy sealing with maximum safety. Perfect for steel straps measuring 31.75 x 0.8 mm to 31.75 x 1.45 mm, which are first tensioned using the TITAN PLC tensioning tool.
The added safety feature: if the crimping is not fully completed, the DCR cannot be removed from the conveyor belt. This provides you with automatic quality control for your sealing.
