Our TITAN HPE-L combines the power of manual and pneumatic drive.
The tension force of up to 7,000 N is generated pneumatically and is therefore significantly faster than when applied by hand. It is precisely reproducible – regardless of the operator – and is maintained by the self-locking mechanism of the gearbox. Sealing is carried out manually, with 3 punches in a single operation – typical of TITAN. The HPE-L thus delivers the best of both worlds in a compact package. Particularly when used on flat packages. Safe and reliable.
On all TITAN E-series machines – including the HPE-L – the strap guide can be replaced quickly and easily. This means you can switch between different strap widths at any time with no hassle at all. All it takes is loosening a single screw!
