The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of coils around the circumference.
With its eye horizontal perpendicular to the transport direction the coil is loaded and centred in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.
The strap is fed through the strap channel and the top mounted head moves towards the coil for sealing.
For the application of multiple straps the strapping frame with the head travels to the preset positions. For the simultaneous application of two straps a twin-head version is available.
TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.
In addition, the application of coil protectors can be integrated in the strapping process. Also, a coil marking device or label applicator can be installed.
