The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of slit coils stacked either on wooden runners or pallets as well as without any bottom support.

The coil stack is loaded in the area of the strapping machine and centred by
the conveyor system.

The strapping frame with the head is adjusted in accordance with the coil inner diameter as well as with the stack height. The vertical lance as well as the horizontal lance close the strap channel and after height positioning the strap is fed-in and the top mounted head moves towards the coil for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the coil stack is turned into the next strapping position.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
