35 kilometres of strapping on a single roll: Hyper-Jumbo-Coils®
Every roll change costs valuable time. TITAN’s solution: our unique TITAN Hyper-Jumbo-Coils®. They hold an impressive 35,000 metres of PET strap on a single roll – allowing you to strap over 2,000 standard pallets of conventional concrete blocks without a single roll change. With the TITAN MJA-2 strap feeding system, which can handle up to three Hyper-Jumbo-Coils® at once, you can increase this figure to almost 6,100 pallets. Converted into concrete blocks, this corresponds to a weight of around 7,300 tonnes – roughly the maximum take-off weight of 18 Boeing 747-400 jumbo jets.

This compact, pallet-free solution saves on costs, space and weight. Sand-lime bricks can be stacked and stored more flexibly, the process is significantly faster and the load is more stable.
