TITAN steel strap for strapping

If you need steel, you should get steel. In the best quality you could wish for in steel straps for your strapping needs. All TITAN steel straps have a specially treated surface, which is either bright, black or zinc-coloured lacquered or galvanised, depending on the type of strap. A waxed finish is a matter of course – we do not use cold welding. The edges of the straps are carefully rounded for the safety of your strapping team. This also prevents abrasion in strapping machines. Choose from our wide range of products to find the strap that best meets your requirements. And we wouldn't be TITAN if we left you to it on your own.

TITAN Regular duty steel strap

Excellent elongation properties with up to 6% elongation and a strength of up to 840 N make TITAN Regular duty steel strap the perfect all-round steel strap for strapping tools. It covers a wide range of manual strapping requirements – and also impresses in strapping machines.

TITAN MEGABAND®

In a perfect tempering process, we get the most out of steel straps. As a result, TITAN MEGABAND® uniquely combines maximum strength of at least 1,000 N with maximum elongation values of at least 12%. In combination with the right kind of sealing, it provides you with the most safe form of strapping currently available. Your solution if you work with fully automatic machines – or for particularly demanding manual strapping of larger and heavier packages. And thanks to its smaller strap cross-section, the running metre is cheaper.

TITAN Megaflex I

We developed this steel strap primarily for use in the wire industry and for special hot coil applications with bell annealing. Megaflex I responds to this with an elongation of 18%, thus offering permanently safe hold even under dynamic loads during transport.

Here, a tensile strength of 980 N/mm² meets an elongation of 16%. Your first choice for strapping packages where the strap is exposed to extreme dynamic loads during processing and transport.

TITAN SUPERMEGA®

Your steel strap for the highest demands in terms of tensile load or strength, for example for strapping high-strength steel grades for the automotive industry or X-grades. Thanks to its extreme values of 1,250 N/mm², you can even significantly reduce the number of straps per coil.

Our specialised strap for maximum transport safety in shipping, rail transport or timber transport. The only one that is strong enough to lift the strapped goods using only the strap. And to secure the coils against slipping when lashing them together. With Lloyd's certificate.

If you are looking for a cost-effective solution for simple strapping, TITAN Bright steel strap is just the thing.

TITAN plastic strap for strapping

Plastic strap is significantly lighter than steel, does not rust and leaves no marks. Neither on packaging nor directly on the product. This is particularly important if you want to store in damp environments or transport regardless of the weather. Its high flexibility adapts much better to irregularly shaped loads or products of different shapes and sizes. With an elongation of 8%, it holds packages firmly together even when they shrink due to stacking pressure or drying out. And when unstrapping, they are significantly less prone to damage. Choose between a smooth or textured surface. And ask us if you need help.

Extra strong with a breaking load of up to 12,000 N – made from 100% recycled PET material and UV-resistant for decades. The best choice for high demands on power and price. Also suitable for applications with high mechanical stress, such as in the wood or construction material industry. And recyclability is a given.

Top quality up to 5,000 N breaking load – just the right level of transport security and theft protection for smaller parcels and light pallet loads.

Choose your plastic or steel strap as a standard 25 kg Coil on a skid pallet, as a 75 kg Jumbo Coil®, as a 150 kg Super Jumbo Coil®, as a 400 kg Mega Jumbo Coil® or as a unique Hyper Jumbo Coil® with an impressive 440 kg of straps on a single roll. All Jumbo Coils® come on coil deposits. And if you need special pallets, just let us know.
