Every roll change costs valuable time. That’s why TITAN offers the unique TITAN Hyper-Jumbo-Coils®: With an incredible 35,000 metres of PET strap on a single roll, you can, for example, strap more than 4,300 standard pallets of empty beverage cans twice horizontally before you need to change the strap. And if you load three TITAN Hyper-Jumbo-Coils® onto our MJA-2 strap feeding system, that’s an incredible 12,900 pallets! That equates to approximately 12.7 million beverage cans, based on 990 0.33-litre cans per pallet – a total volume that would hold two-thirds of the total amount of beer consumed at an average Oktoberfest!

Our solution to your specific requirements for transport safety in logistics: intermittent strapping using PP/PET straps. With all TITAN strapping heads, your operators can re-strap items up to three times with complete flexibility. This simply counteracts the natural slackening of the strap.
