Baling presses
with TITAN strapping

To strap your fibres vertically directly within the baling press, we use several strapping heads. The result is a fully automatic strapping machine that is fully equipped to meet all the specific requirements of the industry. The specially developed TITAN high-performance strap is guided through integrated strap channels. The strapping heads are mounted on the sides, move along the bales or bales and create the strongest seals currently possible. 100% TITAN for 100% transport security. When will it be your turn?

Where every seal must hold under extreme tension, like a double bowline knot, the TITAN VK10 strapping head delivers outstanding performance. Its superpower: sealing efficiency of up to 90% of the strap breaking load. Without any tensioning motor. Featuring a heat-sealed joint that knows exactly what it’s doing. For our special high-performance straps, 16 and 19 mm wide, with thicknesses from 0.70 to 1.35 mm. Fast, slim, strong.

A strap to tie them together

We have developed the TITAN PET strap 19/10400 specifically to meet the demanding requirements of the fibre industry. It withstands extreme tension, is made from 99% recycled material and, thanks to its optimised spring-back behaviour, reduces the risk of injury when opening bales or bales to virtually zero. Also available as TITAN Hyper-Jumbo-Coils® with 20 km of straps on a single roll. For extremely long production cycles without interruption. Only TITAN can do that.
