TITAN CARE 24/7 Emergency Service

We make sure you can sleep soundly. With a TITAN CARE maintenance contract, you also have access to the TITAN CARE 24/7 emergency service. This means you can reach our TITAN CARE team at any time, day or night – even in the middle of the night. 

This includes direct personal contact and a call-back from a TITAN service technician as quickly as possible. In the vast majority of cases, we can resolve the issue straight away over the phone. Especially if you have your TITAN CARE Box with the key wear parts to hand. And if that doesn’t work, we’ll get in touch first thing the next morning to arrange a service visit with you as soon as possible.

TITAN CARE Maintenance Contracts

Leave the headaches to us. With TITAN CARE maintenance contracts, regular servicing of your strapping machines is a breeze. Choose your maintenance interval and enjoy a range of attractive benefits. For example, fixed-price servicing – even when things get a bit more complicated.

At every service, we put the strapping head through its paces, replace wear parts and keep a close eye on the entire machine. Your maintenance technician is there, getting to know the details better and becoming increasingly capable of troubleshooting independently. Every service concludes with production support. This is how we ensure that everything runs perfectly. And because we already have all the essential parts with us, downtime is kept to a minimum. This ensures maximum availability and keeps costs low.

TITAN CARE Repair Service for strapping tools

The repairability of all TITAN strapping tools is an integral part of our manufacturing philosophy. 

That is why a repair service is also an integral part of TITAN CARE. We repair every TITAN strapping tool until it can no longer be repaired. And that takes quite a long time. You can simply request a repair via the TITAN service form. TITAN CARE Complete overhaul of strapping heads

Give your hard-working strapping heads a new lease of life with a TITAN overhaul. 

Here, we carry out a D-Check just like in the aviation industry: we completely dismantle your strapping head and – following a comprehensive condition analysis – restore it to its original condition by replacing all worn parts. With documented quality in accordance with manufacturer specifications, a test report and proof of functionality. That’s how you achieve long-term cost efficiency.

Our strapping systems easily last for several generations. That’s longer than any single strapping head will last. And the electronics have changed countless times over that period. 

With the TITAN CARE Retrofit, we simply install a new strapping head complete with the latest control system. For example, to switch from steel to plastic or to different strap widths. We retrofit TITAN CONNECT as a digital tool for smart, predictive maintenance. Or we can even give competitors’ plants a TITAN upgrade. The future can be built in.

Smart diagnostics platform: TITAN CONNECT

All current TITAN plants, devices and strapping heads can be fitted with TITAN CONNECT on request – and we can easily retrofit it to almost all older models. Once you have given your approval, this smart diagnostic system gives us access to real-time status data. We will proactively notify you when a service is due. Naturally, all data is stored with the highest level of security exclusively on European servers, which undergo regular stress tests.
