It alerts you when a device is due for maintenance, eliminates the need to send it in thanks to the MAX CONNECT cabinet, and provides a ready-to-use replacement device directly there. Kind of clever. The TITAN CARE team manages your MAX CONNECT cabinet, collects any strapping tools that require maintenance, and replaces them with identical models that are ready for immediate use. It couldn’t be simpler.
The ultimate cupboard
At the heart of the MAX CONNECT maintenance service is the MAX CONNECT cabinet.
As soon as you receive a notification of an upcoming service, place the relevant strapping tool in one of the docking stations. The corresponding compartment will then light up red. You can then take a tool that is ready for immediate use from a compartment that is lit up green. This means your work is interrupted for just a few minutes – and there is no need to send anything in at all. The TITAN CARE team will visit your premises, collect the machines requiring maintenance and leave freshly serviced ones in their place. Someone really had to think of that!
Via our digital service platform, TITAN CONNECT, you can view the status of each individual strapping tool and the MAX CONNECT cabinet online at any time.
