TITAN packaging lines

With this completely new design for vertical eye strapping – suspended directly from the mandrel unloader – coils can be held entirely vertically throughout the entire strapping process. This produces four eye straps in a single robot cycle – and circumferential strapping is also directly integrated. No repositioning, no turntable, no edge damage. This protects even the thinnest materials and significantly increases throughput.

Here, two Robots perform strapping on entire stacks of coils for final transport right at the very end of the production line. Integrated directly into the roller conveyor – no Turntable, no re-clamping – the stack simply moves through. Thanks to a swivel head, one of the two Robots can also handle the stretch-film wrapping at the same time. This saves a station and makes the entire line more compact.

Here, too, there is no longer any need for a valuable member of staff to be on hand: our robotic solution takes care of the perfectly positioned insertion of wooden runners and protective interlayers. Fully integrated into the packaging line, it is flexible in the face of changing requirements and operates 24/7 without interruption, whenever you need it. 

To fully automate your packaging line, automatically generated labels, tags, RFID codes or signatures can also be applied by a robot at the end of the line. Flexible, quick to change and fully integrated into your digitalised process.
