With TITAN CONNECT, get a crystal-clear view of your strapping machine’s immediate future!
Our smart system alerts you to faults before they cause a breakdown. It flags worn-out parts at an early stage so that we can arrange replacements in good time and you don’t have to keep every part in stock. And it reminds you of upcoming maintenance or running-low consumables. If you wish, this can be sent directly via text message to your machine operator’s smartphone. Exactly what production managers dream of. Available on request in every TITAN plant, intuitive to use, robust, scalable and secure. With the data collected, you can continuously optimise your processes. And ultimately, your machine will run for significantly longer. That’s how TITAN delivers cost-effectiveness.
TITAN CONNECT also enables long-term storage and, consequently, the targeted tracking of machine data over an extended period. Use this historical data for predictive analysis and maintenance strategies – known as predictive maintenance.
A direct overview of the system status
The clear and intuitive TITAN CONNECT dashboard gives you direct access to all key status data for your strapping machine. You can also have alerts regarding impending faults, wear parts due for replacement or consumables running low sent to you via email or text message. Once you grant us access, the system will also take over the entire monitoring process as a service – and we will proactively contact you if action is required.
TITAN CONNECT can be seamlessly integrated via your network or via SIM. Communication takes place via the web, by email or by text message. You are free to decide which messages should be sent and which data should be made available.
For strapping tools: MAX CONNECT
This is our digital maintenance tool for your strapping tools: with MAX CONNECT, we track operating time and strapping cycles per tool, automate service intervals, provide replacement tools and return the serviced tool to your site. Without you having to lift a finger. At the heart of the system is the MAX CONNECT cabinet – featuring, among other things, an exceptionally clever visual status display that allows your team to see at a glance whether each individual device is ready for use.
