Longitudinal cutting line with fully automated robotic strapping
High-precision robotic strapping for maximum flexibility during production or process changes: a moveable laser measures the widths and positions of the coils. The control system calculates the strapping pattern. Then the piano mechanism opens the necessary space between the coil and the hold-down device. Both robot arms place the strap around the coil. The main robot then tensions the strap and seals it.
Fully automatic coil strapping for hot-rolled strip
Vertical strapping with steel strap around the coil circumference for coils with radiant heat of up to 900 °C. To apply multiple strappings, the coil can be automatically repositioned in the strapping machine. Alternatively, the strapping machine moves to the next strapping position. Fully automatic machine for strapping slit steel coils on a turntable
Our solution for automated vertical strapping of slit steel coils on the turntable on the coil circumference. The coils hang vertically straight and are clamped onto the turntable arm by a pressure device. Each ring is strapped individually. Vertical strapping of chipboard panels
This fully automatic strapping machine straps PET strap around the perimeter of the wood pile. Strapping solution for particularly long packages
We have found a TITAN solution for this too: 24-metre-long profile bundles – strapped by two 12-metre-wide, movable strapping machines. Both are moved by chains and positioned quickly and precisely by frequency-controlled gear motors. The strapping is individually tailored to the requirements of the respective profile bundles. Multiple strapping for profile packages
Here we have designed a fully automatic strapping unit for multiple vertical strapping of profile bundles in a single step.
