Whistleblower system

The Lenzen Gruppe attaches great importance to compliant and appropriate behavior in all areas. In order to maintain integrity and trust, a whistleblower system has been introduced that makes it possible to report information (also anonymously). This system serves to promptly identify and investigate potential misconduct or conspicuous incidents.

Employees and external persons, such as business partners and customers, are thus given the opportunity to report violations or suspicious processes.

We provide several channels through which information about a violation can be communicated. The whistleblower can therefore choose which channel they wish to use for reporting. The reporting office officers check each report carefully and ensure protection for whistleblowers and those affected. The reports received are checked as part of a protected process. Those affected are presumed innocent until the violation is proven. We ensure that no measures are taken that could disadvantage whistleblowers or those affected.

However, the whistleblower system is not an emergency system. If there is immediate danger, please contact the responsible persons in the departments!

Your precise description will facilitate appropriate processing. If possible, you should be available for further questions or use the protected online reporting channel for an anonymous report. Violations can be committed by employees and business partners in connection with their work; all violations of the law or internal rules are recorded.

The whistleblower portal (whistleblowing system) on the Lenzen Gruppe website is the preferred method for reporting violations.

The report can be made anonymously or by name using standardized forms. In both cases, you will receive feedback on the follow-up measures taken and planned.
