Compliance

TITAN plays by set rules

We act in accordance with the rules and in a responsible manner – because integrity is the foundation for safety in processes, reliable partnerships and sustainable success.

As a manufacturing company, we operate to high standards of quality, safety and reliability – both internally and throughout our supply chain. Our compliance framework sets out clear guidelines in the form of explicit rules and transparent responsibilities. In this way, we create legal certainty for customers, employees and ourselves. We protect our Company and the people who work with us. And we give customers and business partners the reassurance of reliability that is taken seriously.

For us, compliance means: we adhere to applicable laws, implement internal standards and expect conduct of the highest integrity across all areas of our business. This applies to the prevention of corruption, fair competition and conflicts of interest, as well as data protection and information security, the supply chain and the protection of whistleblowers.

This is how we ensure compliance

At TITAN, compliance is an integral part of our corporate governance and our day-to-day operations. To ensure this works in practice, we focus on:

  • Clear rules: A code of conduct and supplementary guidelines provide guidance for typical situations.
  • Information and training: We raise awareness and build confidence in taking action – tailored to roles and responsibilities.
  • Points of contact and support: We address queries pragmatically and confidentially before risks arise.
  • Report management: Reports are examined in a structured manner. We investigate potential breaches and take the necessary action.

Clear rules for suppliers and business partners

We expect our business partners to comply with applicable laws and to uphold fundamental standards. This applies in particular to integrity, human rights, labour and environmental protection, and data protection. Our expectations are set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct and, depending on the nature of our collaboration, are also taken into account in the selection, commissioning and management of our business relationships. If there are indications of non-compliance, we focus on clarification and concrete improvements.
